We employ skilled tradesman who are masters at their craft. We have created processes that allow us to consistently achieve great results using hard to work with materials.
This is completely job dependent. We will keep you informed along the way. We try to have quotes back to customers back within one week of contact however, this is not always possible when there are design elements needed to be completed first.
Once we have confirmation of quote acceptance, A 30% deposit invoice will be sent through. As soon as this is paid, we will put the job into our production schedule.
We are able to efficiently cut up to 25mm thick steel, 16mm stainless steel and 12mm aluminium.
We are able to cut extra large sheets that are a maximum size of 4000mm x 2000mm
We can fold up to 3050mm
With our current tooling, we can fold up to 10mm thick.
We have the ability to complete all disciplines of welding/brazing including MIG, TIG, ARC and gas and can execute these on all materials.
